Dude! What's up, {{first_name}} ?!

Can you imagine going a day or a week without the internet? Without cell phones? Without cars?

Sure, an occasional detox is healthy. But the truth is, every one of these inventions raised our standard of living and leveled up our abilities in life. We’d be CRAZY to ignore them.

Elder David A. Bednar recently reminded us that all technological advances are inspired by God to further His work.

That includes AI.

The Real AI Branching Point 🤖

If you thought the AI revolution had already happened, you’re right… sort of.

It wasn’t in 1997 when AI beat Garry Kasparov in chess.

It wasn’t in 2016 when it defeated Lee Sedol in Go.

And it wasn’t even in 2022 when ChatGPT hit the scene.

Yes, all those other breakthroughs were huge — but this one is different.

The real branching point came with the introduction of ‘AI Agents’. Three weeks ago OpenAI released ChatGPT Agent.

Are You Using AI Enough? Correctly?

Most people are going to keep using the newest AI advances like another search engine or to create Pixar images of their wives and kids. Maybe it helps you craft that email just right, but still low-level stuff. Heck, right now, I’m just talking into my phone, and AI is transcribing every word for this newsletter. That’s a simple, not groundbreaking, example.

Now imagine giving AI permission to research a target audience for this message, log into your accounts, tailor the newsletter email to the individual, AND press send, all without you lifting a finger. THAT’S what an agent can do. 🦾

(For the record, I promise this is still me talking, not ChatGPT)

Would you be able to tell if AI co-wrote it?

What if AI solo wrote it?

Last Week’s Discussion

Last week we talked about your 10x vs. 2x activities — the difference between high-value work only you can do versus the menial tasks anyone could do. We said, “The Hard Part: Letting Go of the 80%. Are you willing to eliminate the stuff not on that list? Will you reinvest that time into something high value?” (See all our past newsletters in the archive)

Once you’ve identified your ‘2x activities’, the leap of faith is to let them go. Then, embrace the 10x. ChatGPT Agent and other AI advances can totally offload a ton of it for you. That means time and fulfillment returned to ALL of your masculine domains! Faith, Family, Fitness, Finance, and Fun.

Life-Changing AI Tools

Today, we want to share three life-changing AI tools (plus a bonus) that can take on those 2X activities you’re committed to dropping.

  1. ChatGPT Agent

    • Think of it as a full-time intern for $20/month. It offers 40 advanced queries per month and combines Deep Research and Operator capabilities. It can log in to any accounts you allow, uses a virtual browser to complete tasks, and can schedule tasks to repeat automatically. 🤯 Chris from The Koerner Office outlined how you can use GPT Agent to research new markets, send cold emails, draft & publish articles, and automate entire workflows! (Watch)

Seriously a game-changer. What will you use it for?

  2. Notebook LM

    • Train this AI on your own material — PDFs, notes, videos — and it will respond based only on that data. Example: For my MBA class, I uploaded 200 pages of textbook, 4 PDF articles, 5 YouTube videos (AI grabbed the transcripts), and 4 pages of teacher notes. Then I hit “audio overview” and got a professional-grade podcast summarizing it in 30 minutes. It didn’t replace my study — it supercharged it.

  3. Gemini Veo 3

    • Creates hyper-realistic video with synced audio — no filming required. In one of my businesses, new contractors often have zero content from past projects. With Veo 3, they can start showing clients: “Here’s a kitchen we can build for you.” “Here’s what your bathroom remodel could look like.” They launch with a content library on day one — a competitive edge that used to take years.

  4. Suno (Bonus)

    • Love music? Suno lets you create 10 AI-generated songs/day for free.

The Eternal Principle: We are agents to act, not objects to be acted upon. 1

The danger isn’t that AI will destroy us — it’s that we’ll allow it to make us passive, complacent, and numb. If you, like me, have struggled with doom scrolling or other technology sedation, check out what one of our F5 brothers is doing at MOMENTUM Tactical Planning for accountability!

Approach AI with gratitude as a gift from God. Solve for the risks — security, privacy, safety — and then capitalize on the opportunity.

We are living in the most opportunity-rich moment in history. AI can free your time, expand your reach, and multiply your impact — but only if you choose to act.
