Good morning!
(I love mornings).
I’ve been seeing a clip from circulating online.
Ben Affleck walks up to Jeremy Renner and says:
“I need your help. I can’t tell you what it is. You can never ask me about it later. And we’re gonna hurt some poeple.”
Long pause…
Renner responds:
“….Who’s car are we gonna take?”
F5 does not condone heists or hurting people,
but let’s be honest that scene hits. Why?
Because it represents loyalty and trust.
Men crave an adventure worth living and a crew worth riding with.
⚡️ F5 Fast Files - Short Summary
Connection > Content. Adventure is better with a crew.
Old friends are great, but do you have men who know your current battles?
Small “Fire Teams” inside F5 are driving real growth through honesty + accountability
Want in? Take the poll below, we’ll build more based on the response
📣 I wanna highlight our F5 brother Tyler today. He’s made incredible strides this week with forgiveness, reconciliation, and mending relationships with his family. You’re an inspiration brother, thanks for sharing!
🏎️ Does Your Life Feel Like an Adventure?
We won’t tackle that question today, but pause on it for a second. Does it?
Today’s question is this: Do you have a crew?
Not just old friends.
Not just group texts about sports.
Not just nostalgia and inside jokes from a decade ago.
But men who know:
What you’re building
Where you’re struggling
What you committed to This Week
What you’re afraid to say out loud
🔥 Old Friends vs. Fire Teams
Most guys have “old friends,” myself included.
You catch up occasionally, reminisce, and they still make you laugh.
That’s valuable, but is it relevant to the life you’re living right now?
Over this year of F5, something powerful has started happening.
Small groups of 4-6 guys started:
Sharing weekly goals
Reporting wins
Being honest about where they’re stuck
No heists or illegal activity, sorry.
Sometimes it’s getting together to put in a new floor, other times it’s an accountability call.
We’re calling it a Fire Team - like military units that cover each other during combat.
Because life IS combat
And momentum is easier to maintain when someone has your six.
👊 Who’s Car We Gonna Take?
I rely just as much (sometimes more) on men I met this last year as I do on old friends I still love.
And it’s changed my trajectory.
No magic formula, just connection with guys headed in the same direction.
If this has been powerful for a handful of guys…
Maybe we should be intentional about building more of it.
Structured.
Simple.
Focused.
But before investing time and energy organizing it, we wanna know if you want it too.
Take 10 seconds and answer the poll below. 👇
No pressure, just an interest signal.
F5 Fire Team Interest
If enough of you want this, we’ll build it.
More than likely you don’t need more content, but more connection.
If you found yourself saying,
“I need your help. I can’t explain it. But it matters.”
Would you have a crew that says, “who’s car we gonna take?”
